Jury

Potential candidates will be identified in the market by the search partner(s) as well as with input from our diverse range of partners, all based on clear criteria.

The jury approves the long list of candidates and selects the 3-6 nominees out of the long list.

After an assessment and interviews done by the search partner(s), the jury interviews the 3 finalists and then selects the winner. The jury consists of at least 6 top executives and/or board members, and with at least 1 academic expert (e.g., university professor). Following criteria define the jury members:

  • Experience: minimum 5 years of board experience and ideally executive experience in a global company (Women’s Board Award Jury); the chair should have board chair experience
  • Diversity: minimum 50% of the jury must be women
  • Subject matter expert can be part of the jury and will be assessed on a case-by-case basis

The jury for the next edition is in the course of being established.
